Q: What payment methods are allowed? What is ACH?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and ACH (e-check). ACH is a transaction in which you donate directly from your bank account by inputting your account and routing number. Checking accounts are recommended as most savings accounts do not allow ACH transactions.

Q: Do I get a receipt after the transaction processes?
A: Yes – immediately after your gift processes, you will see a receipt on your screen and if you provided an email, you will receive a copy in your inbox as well. If you have a recurring gift, you will receive an email confirmation a week before it processes as well as a receipt after it processes.

Q: Can I give to more than one fund at a time?
A: Yes – You can give to as many funds as you would like to in each transaction. Once you add your first gift, simply click “add gift” to add another line.

Q: Can I do one-time and recurring donations?
A: Yes – You can give one time or set up a donation to reoccur regularly – weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, etc. You can even set an end date if you want to give for a specific period of time. This can all be done with or without creating an account. If you set up a recurring gift without creating an account, you can edit that gift by clicking the link in your last email confirmation or receipt.

Q: How is a recurring gift updated or cancelled?
A: There are a few different ways a recurring gift can be managed.

(1) You will receive an email whenever your gift is processed. In that email there is a link that allows you to manage your recurring gift. This is also true of the reminder email you receive a week beforehand.

(2) On the giving form, there is a link that says “Update recurring gift.” When you click on this link, you are able to request an email giving you access to your recurring transactions.

(3) If you created an account and setup your recurring gift within it, then you will be able to edit all of your recurring gifts by logging into your account. You have the ability to change dates, payment method, amounts and designations after logging in.
